Our facilities are available to rent from Labor Day to Memorial Day for conferences, retreats, seminars, and other special events. Each summer between Memorial Day and Labor Day our camp is dedicated to serving inner city youth and senior citizens of the Chicagoland Area. Our goal is to enrich their lives physically, personally and spiritually through healthy outdoor activities in a safe and caring environment in which children and adults can learn and grow. During these months we are closed to outside rentals. The following is general information about our facilities and rental program.
For your comfort all lodging has heat and air conditioning.
All meals are prepared by the Staff of Wonderland Camp & Conference Center. No other cooking facilities are available.
Possession and/or use of alcohol are strictly prohibited.
No Firearms or Weapons Allowed.
Pets of any kind are prohibited on the camp grounds, this includes any lodging or meeting space. Service dogs used to assist disabled individuals are the only exception, and must have prior approval from Wonderland Camp Management.

Primary food service is cafeteria style for up to 500 guests
Buffet style can be requested
Private dining room available with $100 advance reservation fee (Max 80 people)

*All snacks must be contracted a minimum of 14 days prior to your event.
*Snack deliveries after 8pm are subject to fee.
*All snacks and meals scheduled after 6pm in the Dining Hall are subject to an additional fee.

*All Desserts and Salads come pre-plated and set on tables.
*Main Course is served buffet style at no additional fee.
*We offer pre-plating for an entire meal, for an additional fee.
*We offer carving station for a select group of Meat Options, for an additional fee.
*Linen rentals may be arranged for an additional fee.

Groups of 500 or larger may qualify for exclusive use of the facilities, depending upon availability.
Prior to arrival:
All events are subject to availability and:
- Signed Contract 15% non-refundable deposit
- Certificate of Liability Insurance
- Signed “Hold Harmless Indemnification Agreement” if no Liability Insurance is Provided
- If Tax Exempt, Tax Exempt Letter w/ tax I.D. # and expiration date
- Program/Schedule of Events
- Roster of all attendees(This is required by the State of Wisconsin and is kept confidential)
We accept checks, money orders, as well as Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Due upon arrival:
- Remaining Contract Balance Due
Any charges accrued during your visit will be billed to your group following your retreat.
