For information call 815-713-3179 or email Samantha Carrion, Director.
The Women’s Restorative Justice Program provides housing and supportive services for homeless women and children in the local community. Program participants must be in recovery from alcohol and drugs, and have a recent criminal history in Winnebago County.
Each woman is provided with a furnished apartment, one-on-one weekly appointments with a case manager, and supportive services, such as bus pass, ID documents, childcare assistance, clothing, food, etc.
Each resident can reside in the program for up to two (2) years while she pursues her goals and the life skills to become self-sufficient and a productive member of society.
