Daily hours of operation at The Salvation Army of Waukegan are:

Monday 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Tuesday 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Wednesday 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Thursday 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Friday 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Sunday-Church Service begins at 10:15 a.m.
We close daily for lunch from 12:00 p.m.-1:30 p.m.

Appointments for services are only scheduled every Friday morning beginning at 9:00 a.m. for the following week.

Summer Day Camp
Date: June 9, 2013 through August 8, 2014.
Time: 8 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.

The Salvation Army of Waukegan is now offering Summer Day Camp for children ages 5-12 years-old. There is a $10.00 registration fee per child and the cost is $75.00 per week per child. Extended care is available until 6:00 p.m. and the additional cost is $15 per week. Financial assistance may be available to those who qualify through the YWCA of Gurnee, we ask those seeking assistance to contact the YWCA directly.

Women’s Ministry, Sassy Lassies, encourages woman to cultivate themselves: Spiritually by leading a Christ centered life & attending bible study and worship services’ mentally through education, experiences & involvement in corps and community programs; physically by living a healthy lifestyle and abstaining from harmful habits; socially by developing friendships, being of service to the corps & community and reaching out to other women with the love of Christ. Childcare available on Tuesday mornings.

Paper Pantry
Date: Saturday-August 2, 2014
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Each month households may be assisted with items such as: laundry soap, shampoo, toothpaste, dish soap, and other hygiene items, as available. Those who wish to receive a bag are asked to pre-register prior to distribution by stopping in the office with a valid photo ID and proof of household income.

Men’s Fellowship Ministry, The Men’s Ministry provides men with opportunities for spiritual growth, fellowship and to study the word of God. Special men’s group activities are sponsored throughout the calendar year. This program has a three-fold purpose in reaching men through evangelism, fellowship, and service.
